WHAT BRANDS DO YOU CARRY?
Shore Cycle & Marine (SCM) is an authorized dealer for Yamaha and Suzuki including dual sport, adventure, sport bikes, off-road ATVs, side-by-sides, and dirt bikes. We have a wide selection of riding gear, apparel, parts and accessories, everything for the motorsport’s enthusiast.
Shore Cycle & Marine (SCM) offers pleasure and fishing boats, including aluminum, fiberglass, pontoons as well as wave runners. We carry outboard motors from a range of suppliers from Yamaha, Suzuki, and Mercury. Our boat lines include Coastal Vokey & Fabtech, G3, Bennington and we offer the full White River Marine Group line including Tracker, Ranger, Nitro, Sun Tracker, Regency, Tahoe, and Mako.

DO YOU PROVIDE DEMO MODELS FOR STAFF TO USE?
Yes, for any staff member past the probationary period is allowed to borrow or use demo models, with approval from their manager.
What types of training or onboarding programs are provided?
Each employee receives orientation training. Any specialty training would be at the discretion of the manager and the need of the role.
How is employee performance evaluated, and how often?
Each employee has a 3-month probationary period and will receive an assessment at the end of that period. Beyond probation, each employee receives an annual review.
Are there opportunities for attending industry events, races, or shows?
Yes, many of our motorsports and marine partners hold events and sponsor activities including riding days. Shore Cycle Marine (SCM) have partnerships with various associations and groups and employees are invited to attend. There are supplier discounts available for select brands. Ask your manager or the operations team for details.
WHAT IS YOUR INTERVIEW PROCESS?
It depends. For most positions we start with a phone interview. If there is mutual interest from both sides, then we would follow-up with an in-person interview. Hiring managers will typically include one or two team members and can have different approaches for hiring.
