Service Counter / Parts Coordinator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 p/H

*Compensation is based on experience.
*This position will 
include full benefits after 6 months of working.

The Service Counter / Parts Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the service and parts departments within our dealership. This position is responsible for delivering parts to technicians, maintaining inventory organization, and helping ensure efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment around powersports and marine products.

​RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Fixed Operations Manager, primary responsibilities will include, but ARE not limited to.

  • Deliver parts and accessories to technicians promptly and accurately
  • Assist staff at the service and parts counter as required
  • Receive, unpack, verify, and stock incoming inventory shipments
  • Pull parts orders for service work orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts room and warehouse
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
  • Process returns, core returns, and warranty-related parts when needed
  • Support technicians with locating and sourcing parts
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

​The successful applicant will possess:

  • Interest or experience in powersports, or marine industry preferred
  • Previous parts, warehouse, dealership, or customer service experience considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and moving inventory
  • Seasonal workload fluctuations during peak riding and boating seasons

Ability to commute/relocate:
