Are you passionate about motorsports and marine adventures? Do you possess a winning personality and exceptional communication skills? If so, Shore Cycle & Marine wants you! We're expanding our team in Mahone Bay and are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Sales Consultant to be the face of our exciting 40,000-square-foot facility.

Your Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the key link between our customers and their dream rides. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Connection: Engage, advise, and guide customers to the perfect models for their needs.
  • Industry Savvy: Understand motorsports and marine industry jargon, stay abreast of technological shifts, and stay updated on the latest products and monthly manufacturer programs.
  • Goal-driven: Set and achieve monthly productivity goals, strategizing to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Team Player: Bring positive energy to the sales team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Deal Delivery: Prepare and deliver necessary paperwork and contracts for sales deals.

Qualifications

  • Adaptable to various personalities with a professional appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a personable and inviting nature.
  • Outgoing and confident when engaging with new clients.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Auto, motorsports, or marine sales experience is a definite plus.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
