We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a passion for the powersports industry. The ideal candidate takes pride in preparing and assembling units to the highest standard, enjoys hands-on mechanical work, and thrives in a team environment.

​RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Fixed Operations Manager, primary responsibilities will include, but ARE not limited to.

• Assemble new powersports units according to manufacturer specifications
• Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
• Install accessories and dealer-added options
• ·Perform quality checks and ensure units are delivery ready
• ·Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete required work orders accurately

​The successful applicant will possess:

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required
• Powersports, automotive, marine, or equipment experience
