PARTS SALES MANAGER

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year

​*This position will include full benefits after 6 months of working.

We are hiring for a Parts Sales Manager! We are looking for an individual with a great personality, with strong leadership and management skills and able to lead a
great team, and with a passion for Motorsports and Marine.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

• A focus on customer service, minimizing wait times at the parts counter or
  on the phone by allocating staff and assisting where required.

• Forecasting parts needs and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

• Negotiating best pricing with vendors to obtain parts/and supplies.

• Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives, and procedures.

• Oversee the layout of the retail store, signage, and parts counter.

• Identify and implement operational efficiencies within the parts
  department's processes and practices.

• Establish pricing, and plans for store sales, promotions, & events.

• Provide reoccurring training and testing to new and existing staff.

• Build positive team culture and maintain all safety guidelines.

• Assist with recruitment, including shortlisting, pre-screening's; interviews.

• Complete the appropriate opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of automotive, powersports, or marine parts experience
• Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete assigned work and projects on time within a fast, ever-
  changing environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in programs like CDK Global for inventory, record-keeping,
  parts information.
• Organization and solid inventory management expertise.
• Training from any industry related schools or OEM programs.
