reporting directly to the fixed operations manager, you should have:· Monitor inventory levels and assist department Manager by bringing discrepancies to their attention and helping others when needed.
· Engaging with customers as soon as they enter the Parts/Apparel Departments, or when they are in the showroom. · Responding to incoming telephone inquiries by asking relevant questions and ordering of the required parts or items. · Assist customers in identifying, locating and selecting parts and accessories, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their vehicle and specific needs. · Educate customers about parts and accessories features, compatibility, and maintenance to empower them to make informed buying decisions. · Be able to communicate professionally with co-workers and understand given tasks. · Work with others to achieve sales goals set each month. · Process orders for both retail and internal service departments requests. · Restock parts and accessories shelves or displays daily. · Merchandising apparel to promote the sale of goods, with displays that catch the customers attention. Presentation is an important aspect of this job. |
Qualifications:· Previous experience in parts, retail, or service environments (motorsports, or marine industry preferred)
· Strong knowledge of powersports/marine products, parts, and accessories an asset · Excellent customer service and communication skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and inventory skills · Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software · Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with motorsports and marine industry equipment components are beneficial · Team player with a professional and positive attitude · Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or marine endorsements are a plus) · High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in a related field is an asset) We will offer you:• An exciting, fun, and stable working environment.
