Our Business Finance Manager will have competitive

compensation based on commission sales, estimated, $100,000+ -$150,000 per year.

We’re excited to announce that an opportunity has opened for a Full-Time F&I/Business Manager! This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced F&I Manager.

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for arranging customer financing, presenting protection products, and completing all sales documentation accurately and efficiently. This role ensures a smooth, professional, and compliant purchase experience for Motorsports and Marine customers.​

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, primary responsibilities
​will include, but not be limited to :

  • Submit credit applications and secure financing approvals
  • Present and sell F&I products (extended warranty, GAP, protection packages, etc.)
  • Complete finance contracts and ensure accurate deal paperwork
  • Maintain compliance with lender requirements and privacy regulations
  • Work closely with Sales and Admin teams to finalize, fund, and deliver deals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of financial service (F&I) or finance experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, organization, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of lending processes, credit structures, and F&I best practices
  • Ability to read, understand, and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commissions, etc.
  • DMS experience (Lightspeed an asset)
  • Holds a valid driver’s license

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Experience:

• Financial Services Management experience: 2 years (required)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reliably able to commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
